If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Lynn District is a small-batch brand, and every piece is created with intention — but we understand that sizing and expectations can vary. Here’s how returns and exchanges work.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be in new condition

No signs of wear, deodorant, makeup, or washing

Original tags (if applicable) must be attached
Final sale items (clearance, discounted, or limited-run items marked “final sale”) cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem.
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery — as long as the product is in new condition.
To speed things up:

Tell us the size or item you’d like instead
We’ll send your replacement as soon as we receive the original.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error on your order.
If the mistake is on us — we’ll cover it, no questions asked.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
